Kathie is President and CEO of Visionary Strategies, Inc., a vision-centered strategic brand consultancy that links the intangible assets of a brand to the tangible assets of the corresponding company - namely product, people, and performance – in an effort to align the vision, values and mission of a company to its overall market performance.

Kathie was a featured speaker at the 2008 Cotton Forum in Mexico City, and "Brand Fitness" sponsored by the Sustainable Economic Ministry for the State Government of Guanajuanto, Mexico. She is a key member of the Board of Advisors for the Executive Women in Fashion Program at FIT and oversees all of their supporting committees.  She’s also Chair of the Executive Women in Fashion Business Development Plan for 2010 and Beyond and, in 2008, was appointed to the Dean's Advisory Council for the Villanova School of Business (ranked in the top 20 as #11) and asked to Chair the Corporate Relations and Career Development Committee.  She also holds a spot on the Villanova Business School Situation Analysis Team.

Her recent appointment in March 2009 to sit on the charter Board of Advisors for the Jay and Patty Baker School of Business and Technology at FIT/SUNY continues to build her vision towards supporting the development of future business leaders.  Kathie has also developed a “Branding Yourself for Success” Program that she teaches and facilitates at the Villanova School of Business.
